WESTERN CAPE

The Western Cape province has become the
"tourist mecca" of South Africa with much to
offer itīs visitors. The splendor of Cape
Town, the "Mother City" will mesmerize you

game park, known as the Kgalagadi
Transfrontier Park. It is one of the largest
nature conservation areas in southern

protected natural ecosystems in the world.

between South Africa and Botswana.
NORTH WEST

The North West region borders Botswana.
This region is also known as the Platinum
Region due to the fact that it is the largest
single platinum production area in the
world. The North West province offers
several tourist attractions, namely the
Pilanesberg National Park, the Madikwe
Game Reserve and the Rustenburg Nature
Reserve and the holiday resort, Sun City.
MPUMALANGA

The Mpumalanga province is graced with
breathetaking scenic beauty and immense
wildlife, making it one of South Africa’s
major tourist destinations. It is home to the
famous Kruger National Park and Lake
Chrissie which is the largest natural
freshwater lake in South Africa and is
famous for itsdiverse variety of aquatic
birds, especially flamingos.
LIMPOPO

Limpopo is
South Africa’s northernmost region an is
home to the popular Bela Bela mineral
pools. Here you will find the Bakone Malapa
Museum near Polokwane. This is a living

practise and show age-old skills to the

KWAZULU NATAL

Kwazulu Natal region
also known as the Kingdom of the Zulu, is
the only South African province with a
monarchy. Here you will find two World
Heritage Sites, the Ukhahlamba -
Drakensberg Park and the Greater St.
Lucia Wetland Park.
